He was unaware of black hat SEO. So, he contacted a Fiverr SEO freelancer who asked for 150$ to rank Scott’s website on the first page. Scott agreed and paid in advance. Within 3 weeks Scott ranked on the first page and was amazed by how effective and fast work was done.
Scott earned around 80$ in 2 weeks from Adsense and sales after optimization. He was impressed and thus contacted the same person to work more on his visibility. This time that guy asked for 800$ to do SEO for 6 months.
Scott paid him 500$ and within the next two weeks, Scott’s website ranked on the page 1st spot in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was very impressed and paid him in immediate full payment.
